Digital Dining

Connection Type: Serial Data Connection

1. Run the Digital Dining setup application.
2. Go to Print Menu->Printer Definitions.
3. Add a new printer.
   1. Device type = none
   2. Check the checkbox "On the Fly."
   3. Port = the port the DVR is plugged into
4. Go to Register Menu->Definitions.
   1. Go to the Printer tab for the register connected to the DVR.
   2. Pole Display = Printer Name from step 3
   3. NOTE: Perform this step for every register that will use the DVR.
5. From the Digital Dining POS make sure you have it setup to use Poll Displays. Then every time you see data on the Poll Display it will be sent to the DVR as well.
